Upgrade your Polaris electrical system with this Quad Logic Battery Relocation Kit, engineered for Sportsman 450 and 570 models from 2014 through 2020. Designed to solve the factory accessibility issue, this kit moves the battery from its low, skid-plate location to a higher, protected mounting point above the rear left tire—keeping it clear of debris, water, and the rotating prop shaft while making maintenance significantly easier. Compatible with both the original small battery and larger AGM upgrades, it supports battery dimensions ranging from a minimum of 5.25" W × 3" D × 5" H to a maximum of 7" W × 3.25" D × 7" H. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel box mounts directly to the frame and utilizes a front-mounted terminal block for clean accessory wiring. All hardware and instructions are included, and the system reuses the factory shroud when a smaller battery is installed. Installs with basic hand tools using factory mounting points. Not compatible with X2 chassis. For 2014 models with the original metal bracket, Polaris hardware 5259571, 5412499, and two of 7010032 are required for installation. Battery not included.
